Medelco offers a 90 day limited warranty on all glass carafes and kettles.  Products, along with proof of purchase, must be returned to Medelco at customer’s expense within the 90 day period for repair or replacement. 

Medelco offers a lifetime warranty on our permanent coffee filter models BF111, BF215, and GF214.  To obtain a replacement please return the filter, at customer’s expense, along with proof of purchase to Medelco and a check for $3.00 (per filter) to cover return shipping and handling. 
Please note all shipping and handling charges for all Medelco products are non-refundable.
